物联网环境下面向时间维度的煤炭ERP体系

Study on the Time Dimension Oriented Coal ERP System in the Environment of the Internet of Things

摘要: 根据煤炭企业生产管理的特点,将资源分为周转资源和消耗资源,依托物联网技术对企业周转资源进行全面、实时的监控,按照时间维度配置资源,构建了一个有煤炭特色的ERP体系,并在物联网感知层基础上,提出了包括主生产计划管理、资源需求表管理、周转资源管理、消耗资源管理等七个模块的煤炭ERP框架。通过周转资源和消耗资源的划分,在时间维度上进行资源配置的煤炭ERP体系对传统ERP理论创新有借鉴意义。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the coal enterprise production management, this paper puts resources into reusable resource and consumable resource and designs a coal ERP system that allocates resource with the time dimension based on real-time monitoring to all reusable resources in enterprise. And this paper puts forward a coal ERP framework including seven modules: master production plan management, bill of resource management, reusable resources management, and consumable resource management and so on. The coal ERP system which divides all resources into reusable resources and consumable resources and allocates resources in time dimension has reference significance to the traditional ERP theory innovation.
